specify the title and the subtitle.

In the field, switch on this option to show the drop-down field
label.

- Switch on this option to show the text box component.
- Read only
- Switch on this option to set the text box component as read
only.
- Show label
- Switch on this option to show the text box component label.

In the section,
specify this information.
- Show component
- Switch on this option to show the button component.
- Style
- Select the style of the button.

Click Next.

Specify the page properties and assign data services.

Click Next.

On the New Page page, perform these steps:

In the Elements section,
select a form element.

In the
section, select the bound property.
Optionally, change the bound property value.

Optionally, in the
section, change the settings.

In the section,
specify a static text or select a global string value for the label and
content of the form element.

In the
section, set up the context message for the receiving component, sending
component, or both.

Click Finish.

Optionally, in the Page Saved dialog box, select the
Deploy this version to Portal
catalog check box.

Click Publish or Later.
If you publish the widget, the widget is automatically added to the list of projects
on the Published page. If you select the deploy option, the
widget is directly deployed to the Widget Catalog.
