Process flow for creating widgets

  1. On the Translations page, the user creates translations strings to be selected when creating a widget.
  2. On the Data Services page, the user sets up the data service to be selected when creating a widget.
  3. On the Drafts page, the user creates, edits, and publishes a widget.
  4. The published widget is then moved to the Published page.
  5. On the Published page, the user either deploys or archives the published widget.
    • If the user deploys the published widget, the widget is deployed to the Widget Catalog to be used in the OS Portal.
    • If the user archives the published widget, the widget is moved to the Archived page.
  6. On the Archived page, the user either republishes or deletes the archived widget.

    If the user republishes the archived widget, the widget is moved back to the Published page.
