Inactivating companies

This procedure does not delete the company or any associated records. Administrators will still have a historical record of a company’s activities.

Select Location Management in the Administration menu.
Select Companies > Inactivate.

The Search for a Company to Inactivate page is displayed.
Specify this information:

Company

Select the company you want to inactivate.

Company Description

Specify the description of the company you want to inactivate.

Status

Select the activity status of the company that you want to inactivate.

Company Association

Select the association to Procurement of the company you want to inactivate.
Click Search to display all companies that fit your search criteria.

The Select Company to Inactivate page is displayed.

Click Search Again to perform a new search or click Cancel to discard the changes.
Click the Inactivate button next to the company you want to inactivate.

The Inactivate Company page is displayed.
Click the Inactivate button to inactivate the selected company.
The Inactivate Company confirmation page is displayed. Click OK to return to the Location Management page.
