Downloading shipment headers from the MSCM server

  1. Access RAD on the handheld terminal.
    Note: Shipments closed in FSM or Infor Lawson Warehouse Shipment Feedback will not be downloaded for Picking using the handheld.
  2. From the main menu, select Picking.
    The Select Location page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Inventory Company

    Select the company where the items will be picked.

    Inventory Location

    Select the inventory location within the selected company where the items will be picked.

    Requesting Company

    Select the requesting company of the transaction.

    Requesting Location

    Select the requesting location of the transaction.

  4. Tap Continue.

    A list of shipment headers from the inventory location that you selected is displayed on the All Shipments page.

  5. You can display shipment headers by location type or assignment status using these fields:
    Loc. Type

    Select to display only pick items under a specific type of location.

    Assignment

    Select to display only pick items with a specific assignment status.
