Running the productivity report

  1. Select POUN Reports.

    The Reporting page is displayed.

  2. Click Productivity to display the list of reports.
  3. Click Productivity Report.
    The Productivity Report parameters page is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Application(s)
    Select the application for which you want to view user productivity.
    Operator(s)
    Select the operator that you want to view in the report.
    Group By
    Select to group report by operator or by activity.
    Report Start Date
    Specify or select a date to mark the beginning of the report duration.
    End Date
    Specify or select a date to mark the end of the report duration.
  5. Click Run Report to generate the report.

    The Productivity report is displayed on the Infor Report Viewer page.
