View the device information

  1. On the handheld device, go to the Mobile Supply Chain Management application.
  2. Tap Help > System Info.

    The Device Information tab displays this information:

    • Device ID

    • OS Name

    • OS Version

    • Free Memory

    • Remaining Disk Size

    • Communication Time

    • Scanner Version

    • Wireless Adapter Version

    Note: 

    To save the information to a text file, tap Save to File.

  3. Tap Done to exit the screen.
