Note: The Print Records are automatically purged depending on the set number of days in Print Queue Data Limit field in the Properties tab under the Print Properties section.
- Select Printer Management from the Administration menu.
- Select Printing Queue.
- Search for printing queue transactions.
Note: A notification will be displayed in case there are too many search results based on the set Transaction Search Limit in System Management.
- Specify the printing queue transaction by selecting the corresponding check box.
Note: See the Transaction and Number column to identify the specific printing queue transaction.
- Click Delete.
