Adding a practitioner
- Select Point of Use for Department Inventory > Configuration.
 - Select the Practitioner tab.
 - Click the Add button. The Practitioner Management page is displayed.
 - Specify this information:
           
- Company
 - 
              
Select the company that you want to associate with the practitioner.
 - Facility
 - 
              
Select a facility you want to identify with the practitioner.
 - Last Name
 - 
              
Specify the last name of the practitioner.
 - First Name
 - 
              
Specify the first name of the practitioner.
 - Employee ID
 - 
              
Specify the employee ID of the practitioner.
Note: The Employee ID is automatically created in uppercase characters. - Active
 - 
              
Based on the status of the item, set the practitioner as active by selecting the check box. If the practitioner is inactive, clear the check box.
 
 - Click Save to save your changes.
 - Click Cancel to return to the previous page.
