Copying user assignments
- Go to User Management > Add New for new users or select Modify for existing users.
- For new users, click Add New User.
The Add New User menu is displayed.
- Specify all the information needed for the User Information fields and User Assignments lists.
- Select Copy existing user assignments and click Copy Assignments.
- Specify the search criteria on the blank fields and select the User Group, Company, and User Association from their respective lists.
- Click OK.
- For existing users, click Modify.
The Search User to Modify menu is displayed.
- Specify all the information needed for the User Information fields and User Assignments lists.
- Click Search.
The Search Results page is displayed.
- Select the user from the list and click Modify.
The Modify User page is displayed.
- Specify all the information needed for the User Information fields and User Assignments lists.
- Select Copy existing user assignments and click Copy Assignments.
- Specify the search criteria on the blank fields and select the User Group, Company, and User Association from their respective lists
- Click OK.
