Running a par location cycle count report

  1. Select Cycle Counting in the Par and Cycle Counting menu.
  2. Select Reports > Par Location Count on the Reports page.

    The Search for Par Location Counts Report page is displayed.

  3. Specify this information:
    Company

    Select the company to search.

    Location

    Select the inventory location to search.

    User ID

    Specify the User ID to search.

    Item ID

    Specify the Item ID to search.

    Date Range From

    Specify the date for the start of the range of synchronization from handheld to server you are searching for in mm/dd/yyyy format.

  4. Click Search to display the par location count forms that fit your search criteria.

    The Select Par Location Count to View Detail page is displayed.

  5. Specify this information:
    Search Again

    Click this button to specify the new search criteria.

    Print

    Click this button to print the selected report.

    Export to Excel

    Click this button to export the selected report to an Excel spreadsheet.

  6. Click Count Detail in the row of the cycle count for which you want to view status details.

    The Select Par Location Count to View Detail page is displayed.

  7. Specify this information:
    Return to List
    Click this button to return to display the previous search results.
    Search Again
    Click this button to specify the new search criteria.
    Print
    Click this button to print the selected report.
    Export to Excel
    Click this button to export the selected report to an Excel spreadsheet.
