Viewing or printing shipments

  1. Select Receiving and Delivery > Picking > View/Search > Shipments.
  2. Specify this information:
    Inventory Company

    Select the inventory company of the shipment that you want to view or print.

    Inventory Location

    Select the inventory location of the shipment that you want to view or print.

    Shipment Number

    Specify the shipment number of the shipment that you want to view or print.

    Requesting Location Type

    Select the requesting location type of the shipment that you want to view or print.

    Requesting Company
    Select the requesting company of the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Requesting Location
    Select the requesting location of the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Requisition Number
    Specify the requisition number of the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Assignment
    Select the assignment of the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Picked By
    Specify or select the person that picked the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Status
    Select the status of the shipment that you want to view or print.
    From Request date

    Specify or select a start date to search for a range of shipments downloaded or released between specific request dates.

    To Request date

    Specify or select an end date to search for a range of shipments downloaded or released between specific request dates.

    Item Number
    Specify an item number that is contained on the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Tracking Number
    Specify a tracking number for the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Bin
    Specify a bin number that is contained on the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Serial Number
    Specify a serial number that is contained on the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Lot Number
    Specify a lot number that is contained on the shipment that you want to view or print.
    Note: If the shipment from the handheld was unsuccessful, a Resend button is displayed in the Status section. If a Resend button is not present, the receipt was successful. In case of an upload error because of FSM connection issue or FSM service unavailability at the time of handheld submission, click the Resend button to re-process when FSM becomes available.
  3. Click Search to display the shipment that fit your search criteria.
    The View Shipments: Search Results page is displayed.
    Click Search Again to perform a new search or click Cancel to discard the changes.
  4. Click View/Print in the row of the shipment that you want to view or print.
    The View Shipment Pick Details page is displayed.
  5. Click Print to print the shipment or Cancel to close the page. Click Print for Delivery button to print the Delivery Ticket if enabled
    Click Search Again or Back to perform a new search or click Cancel to discard the changes.
