Configuring delivery verification defaults

  1. Select Receiving and Delivery > Delivery.
  2. Select Configuration > General.
    Note: At least one item must be displayed in the browser and on the handheld. In the browser, if one or more items are required, the Delivery Recipient popup will automatically display for each Confirmation action. On the handheld, if one or more items are required, the Delivery Verification page will automatically be displayed for each confirmation action.
  3. On the Delivery Verification > Verify Screen, select the check boxes to determine whether each field is displayed on the browser and/or handheld.

    Specify this information:

    Note: At least one item must be displayed. If one or more items are required, the Delivery Recipient message automatically displays for each Confirmation action.
    • Employee ID
    • Last Name
    • First Name
    For handheld, these can be set to display and/or required.
    • Signature Capture
    • Image Capture for Confirmed Deliveries (Android only)
    • Image Capture for Released Deliveries (Android only)
  4. If a field is displayed on the browser and/or handheld, use the second column of check boxes to indicate whether the field is required.
  5. Click Save.
    The Delivery Management Configuration page is displayed.
