Configuring PO receipt header

  1. Select Receiving from the Receiving and Delivery menu.
  2. Select Configuration > PO Receipts.
    The Configure PO Receiving for HandHeld page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Note: Clear the Inherit check box to assign individual settings. Select the Inherit check box to apply settings from above.
    Carrier Tracking Number

    Select to display the Carrier Tracking Number field on the PO Header screen of the handheld. If displayed, you can choose whether it is required to enter Carrier Tracking Number.

    Carrier

    Select to display the Carrier field on the PO Header screen of the handheld If displayed, you can choose whether it is required to enter Carrier Name.

    Reference Number

    Select to display the Reference Number field on the PO Header screen of the handheld. If displayed, you can choose whether it is required to enter Reference Number.

    Bill of Lading

    Select to display the Bill of Lading field on the PO Header. If displayed, you can choose whether it is required to enter Bill of Lading information.

    Tracking Number

    Select whether to display the Tracking Number field on the PO Line Item screen of the handheld.

    Print Delivery Documents

    Select whether to print the Delivery Label and Delivery ticket when finished PO receiving on the handheld.

    Add Receipt Button

    Select whether to display the Add Receipt button on the PO Finish Receiving screen of the handheld.

    Inspection
    Select if the Inspection Process will be performed during PO receiving.
    Catch Weight
    Select if the Catch Weight will be performed during PO Receiving.
    Putaway
    Select if the Putaway process will be performed on the handheld.
    Packing Slip
    Select if Packing Slip will be performed on the handheld.
