Inactivating companies
This procedure does not delete the company or any associated records. Administrators will still have a historical record of a company’s activities.
- Select Location Management in the Administration menu.
 - 
        Select Companies > Inactivate.
        
The Search for a Company to Inactivate page is displayed.
 - 
        Specify this information:
        
- Company
 - 
                
Select the company you want to inactivate.
 - Company Description
 - 
                
Specify the description of the company you want to inactivate.
 - Status
 - 
                
Select the activity status of the company that you want to inactivate.
 - Company Association
 - 
                
Select the association to Procurement of the company you want to inactivate.
 
 - 
        Click Search to display all companies that fit your
search criteria.
        
The Select Company to Inactivate page is displayed.
Click Search Again to perform a new search or click Cancel to discard the changes.
 - 
        Click the Inactivate button next to the company you
want to inactivate.
        
The Inactivate Company page is displayed.
 - Click the Inactivate button to inactivate the selected company.
 - The Inactivate Company confirmation page is displayed. Click OK to return to the Location Management page.
