Selecting a receiving location

  1. On the PO <number> screen, click the Find icon to the right of the Received field. The Select Receiving Location window is displayed.
  2. By default, Location ID of the Ship To location defined in the purchase order is displayed.

    Specify Location ID or Description to limit search results. Partial strings can also be specified.

    Note: You can search for other Ship To locations without entering search filters. All locations configured as 'Receiving, Ship to' in Location Management will be displayed on click of Update.
  3. Click Update.
    Note: Only locations configured as 'Receiving, Ship to' in Location Management matching the search criteria will be displayed.
  4. Select the location from the list and tap Select.
    Note: You can tap on the location twice or scan a location bar code to select from the list.
