Viewing or printing PO receipts
- Select Receiving from the Receiving and Delivery menu.

Select PO Receipts.
The View PO Receipts: Search page is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Company
-
Select the receiving company of the receipt that you want to view or print.
- PO Number

Specify the PO number of the receipt that you want to view or print.
- PO Release Number
-
Specify the PO release number of the receipt that you want to view or print.
- PO Code
-
Specify the PO code of the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Vendor ID
-
Specify the code of the vendor associated with the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Vendor Name
-
Specify the name of the vendor associated with the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Carrier
-
Select the carrier of the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Carrier Tracking Number

Specify the carrier tracking number of the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Reference Number
-
Specify the reference number from the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Bill of Lading
-
Specify the bill of lading information from the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Receiver Number
-
Specify the receiver number of the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Received By
-
Specify or select the person that received the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Receipt Status

Select the status of the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Find Receipts From date
-
Specify or select a start date to search for a range of receipts added or released between specific dates.
- Find Receipts To date
-
Specify or select an end date to search for a range of receipts added or released between specific dates.
- Item Number
-
Specify an item number that is contained on the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Tracking Number
-
Specify a tracking number for the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Ship To Location
-
Select a ship to location for the receipt that you want to view or print.
- Received Location
-
Select a received location for the receipt that you want to view or print.
Note: If the receipt from the handheld was unsuccessful, a Resend button is displayed in the Receipt Status section. If a Resend button is not present, the receipt was successful.In case of an upload error because of FSM connection issue or FSM service unavailability at the time of handheld submission, click the Resend button to re-process after FSM becomes available.

Click Search to display the receipts that fit your
search criteria.
The View PO Receipts: Search Results page is displayed.
Click Search Again to perform a new search or click Cancel to discard the changes.

Click View/Print in the row of the receipt that you
want to view or print.
The View PO Receipt page is displayed.

Click Print to print the receipt or Cancel to close
the page.
Click Print for Delivery to print the Delivery Ticket, if enabled.
Click Search Again or Back to perform a new search or click Cancel to discard the changes.
