Accepting replenishment from the desktop

Find the replenishment to be accepted using View Replenishment.

Only replenishment with status Released Receipt, Released Shipment or Accepted-Partial will be accepted.

For regular, at receipt and at issue items such as lot, serial and lot
& serial, you can specify the accept replenishment details of the item by clicking on
the ' ... ' icon. A pop-up screen shows where quantity and expiration date details can be
specified.
Note: For at receipt - tracked items, specify or scan the serial/lot number and expiration date of the item to specify quantity details.
For Serial and Lot & Serial at receipt items, you can specify duplicate serial numbers with different expiration dates if the Allow Duplicates option is set to Yes in the Item Details Configuration tab.
Items tagged as Bone and Tissue Items will require temperature input. Specify the temperature of the item by adding it manually in the corresponding field.
Total Quantity to Order specified by the user in the pop-up screen should be displayed in the Qty to Accept column of the Accept Replenishment module.
If Replenishment Settings is set to by Department Location, the selected department location from the Create Request facility will be the same department location that can accept the items.
Note: To accept a special item, it must first be added to the location. See the Mobile Supply Chain Management and POU Administration Guide for more information
