Adding item details using the handheld in Android

Tap the item in the Item List screen. The Enter Count screen is displayed.

Note: If item has existing counts, the Item Details screen is displayed.

To add more count entries, tap the plus or floating area button. The Enter Count screen is displayed.

For regular and at issue items (lot, serial and lot & serial), you can specify the quantity and expiration date in the count and expiration date fields, respectively.

Note: Expiration date is optional.

For items tagged as Bone and Tissue Items, temperature is required. Specify the temperature by adding it manually before the count is added.

To clear expiration date, tap CLEAR button beside expiration date field. To set the default values of all fields, tap RESET ALL FIELDS.

You can use a count value greater than 1 for serial and a lot & serial item (with same expiration date) If 'Allow Duplicates' options is set to 'Yes' in the Item Details Configuration screen.

You can use duplicate serial numbers (with different expiration dates) If 'Allow Duplicates' options is set to 'Yes' in the Item Details Configuration screen.

Tap ADD. The Item Details screen displays the added count entry.

Note: To update the count entries, tap the count entry row. The Enter Count screen with the details of the count entry should be displayed. Modify the details and tap UPDATE to save changes.

Note: To delete an entry, tap EDIT. Select the entry and tap DELETE. To delete all entries, tap EDIT. Tap options menu, tap SELECT ALL and tap DELETE. Tap CLEAR ALL to untag all selected entries.

For at receipt tracked items (lot, serial, or lot & serial), you can specify the lot, serial, quantity, and expiration date details in their respective fields.
