Searching for a case from the desktop
You should have the POU DI - Desktop - Case role to perform this task.
Note: The Point of Use for Department Inventory defaults to the
search case page.
You have the option to search for a case by specifying the exact Case ID without having to specify a value for the company and facility.
Note:
The value for the Company and Facility(parameters must be specified to allow users to search for case records using these search parameters:

Patient
-
Practitioner
-
Other Personnel

Item
Note: The value for Company' parameter must be specified to allow
users to search for the case records using procedure as the search parameter.
