Modifying charged items as draft in handheld in Android

  1. Select Pull.
  2. In the Charges list screen, click on Use Saved Drafts button.
    Alternatively, click the search button in line with Pull label.
    The Saved Drafts list screen is displayed.
  3. To search for drafts, click the filter button beside the search field.

    Note: When choosing a record from the list, review the record details such as Draft Number, Visit Number and Saved Date.
  4. Select draft records from the list.
    The Edit Charge screen is displayed.
  5. Modify the information and tap Update..

    If the modified charge is saved as a draft, click Save. The draft number is retained.

    If modified charge is for submission, click Send.
