Searching for drafts from the handheld in Android

  1. In the Saved Drafts list screen, click the filter button beside the search field.
    The Search Filter screen is displayed.
  2. To filter your search criteria, specify the Saved Date, Visit Number or if the draft is a Floor Charge, Revenue Center, Supply Location and Items, if available.
    To select a Revenue Center, click the search button beside the field. The Find Revenue Center screen is displayed.
    To select Supply Locations, click the search button beside the field. The Find Locations screen is displayed.
    To add items, click the add button beside the field. The Scan Items screen is displayed.
    Note: The Add items link is only enabled if there are selected supply locations.
  3. Click Set.
    The list of drafts based on the specified criteria is displayed in the Saved Drafts list screen.
    Note: Drafts can still be searched even if the only search criteria information available is the Saved Date.
