Adding special items using the handheld in Android

  1. Scan the item barcode.

    Click Yes. The Special Item screen is displayed.

  2. Specify the Manufacturer Name, Description, UOM and Tracking as needed.
  3. Select the Bone and Tissue Item check box if special item is a bone and tissue.
  4. Click Add.

    The special item is added to the case.

    Note: Items tagged as Bone and Tissue Items requires temperature input if added to a case. Specify the temperature by adding it manually in the corresponding field.
