Configuring Tenant or additional settings

Click the Tenant Settings menu.
Note: If MSCM is Single Tenant or On-premise, the menu is labeled as Additional Settings.
- Select a tenant to configure on the Tenant list.

Specify the required information for the Web Service Properties
section:
- Environment Name

The instance name of Landmark.
- Product Line

The FSM or Infor Lawson application product line.
- Protocol

The communication protocol to be used by MSCM. This is either http or https
- Hostname

The FSM or Infor Lawson web server hostname. The values can either be an IP address or fully qualified domain name.
- Port

The port associated with the Hostname.
- LDAP Binding Port
- The port to use for LDAP server to authenticate login credentials and request from MSCM to Infor Lawson. This is only available when connected to Infor Lawson.

Specify the information for the LHC Web Service Properties:
- Username

The valid username for FSM or Infor Lawson application that has been granted with RM Access.
- Password

The password associated to the username of the FSM or Infor Lawson application.

Specify the information for the IOS Web Service Properties:
- Server type
- The application server type of LSF/Landmark.
- IIOP Port
- The Internet Inter-ORB Protocol(IIOP) port to use in IOS connection. For clustered LSF deployment, this is a comma separated value of ports paired to each hostname. This is normally the BOOTSTRAP_ADDRESS value of the server.
- Hostname
- The hostname of the LSF/Landmark server. For clustered LSF deployment, this is a comma separated value of hostnames paired to each IIOP port.

- The service user used from DSP installation.
- Context Factory
- The fully qualified class name of the context factory to use in IOS connection.
- Server Namespace
- The location of the naming directory where the remote IOS objects are retrieved. - Enable Webservice Actor Role Validation
- Click the toggle to enable the checking of roles in the Landmark Webservice Required Role field in the Properties Settings for FSM data downloading to MSCM.

Specify the information for the Handheld Service Properties
section:
- Protocol
- The communication protocol to be used by MSCM. This is either http or https.
- Hostname
- The FSM or Infor Lawson web server hostname. The values can either be an IP address or fully qualified domain name.
- Port
- The port associated with the Hostname. This can either
be XREF or LDAPBind port for ST/on-prem. ADM endpoint port for MT. Note: See the Infor Lawson Authentication Configuration Guide for the detailed steps on setting up LDAP or XREF.
- Username
- The valid username to test Windows Mobile login.
- Password
- The password associated to the username of the Windows Mobile login.

Specify the information for the Scheduler Properties section:
- Enable Master Scheduler

Initially, enable the Master Scheduler and other Scheduler Properties related to MPC, RAD, POU and SIM to run the schedulers.
- Enable MPC Scheduler
- Select to enable schedulers related to Mobile Par Counting. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box.

- Select to enable schedulers related to Receiving and Delivery. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box.

Specify the information for the Menu Page Properties section:
- Show MPC Menus
- Select to show the MPC menus in web and handheld. Select to enable all schedulers of MPC, RAD, POU and SIM. Default is disabled

Specify the information for the Receiving and Delivery Properties
section:
Note: This section is available if the Server Type selected in the Runtime Technology Properties section of the Properties Settings is LSF. If the Enable Parameter Security is turned on, use // and / when specifying the folder path.
- PO Track Sync Directory
- Set this to the output folder for delivery tickets. Use $LAWDIR/[productline]/work/ARRIVAL/ if MSCM is installed on the same server as Infor Lawson Procurement or ////shareName//sharedFolder/ if MSCM isinstalled on a separate server from Infor Lawson Procurement where ////shareName//sharedFolder specifies the name of the file share created. Make sure to include the slash at the end of this directory path.
- Shipment Tack Sync Directory
- Set this to the output folder for delivery tickets. Specify the information for the Point of Use for Nursing properties
section. This properties settings is available when the selected tenant has Point of Use
product.

Select the default scheduler frequency to send replenishment requests to the Infor Lawson application.
Note: Selecting Daily will set the system to send replenishment requests daily at a given time (set in Replenishment Scheduler Frequency). Periodic will set the system to send it at a given period (set in Default Scheduler Time). - Default Replenishment Scheduler Time

The value should be in 24-hour (hh:mm) format if the selected default scheduler frequency is daily or should be in seconds (3600 = 1hour interval) if selected is periodic. If the frequency and time does not correspond accordingly to their set values, POU will not send the replenishment requests.
The default value is 07:00
- Default Billing Scheduler Frequency
- Select the default scheduler frequency to process files in the path
specified in the Billing Sync Directory.Note: This field is only visible if connecting to Infor Lawson/S3.
- Default Billing Scheduler Time
- The value should be in 24-hour (hh:mm) format if the selected default
scheduler is disabled if otherwise. The default value is 07:00.Note: This field is only visible if connecting to Infor Lawson/S3.
- ADT Sync Directory
- The folder where the ADT system will place the HL7 files
for POU to process them. For example: P:/hl7/adt/Note: This field is available if the Server Type selected in the Runtime Technology Properties section of the Properties Settings is LSF. Make sure to include the slash at the end of this directory path.
- Billing Sync Directory
- The folder where the third party billing system will get
the HL7 billing file for processing. For example: P:/hl7/adt/Note: This field is available if the Server Type selected in the Runtime Technology Properties section of the Properties Settings is LSF. Make sure to include the slash at the end of this directory path.
- Touchscreen SSO Parameter

The parameter for the touchscreen SSO login.

Determines how the user will be logged in to POU. If selected, touchscreen login will authenticate through single sign-on (SSO), otherwise, POU will use local system authentication.

Note: Specifying value to each of the data filters refines the data that will be downloaded from the FSM or Infor Lawson application. Leaving the property to blank means that all data associated to this group needs be downloaded.
- User Group Filter

This is a required field. The specific name of user group defined in Infor Security. Use semi-colon to separate multiple user groups.
- Company Filter

The specific name of the company defined in FSM or Infor Lawson application. Use semi-colon to separate multiple companies.
- Item Group Filter

The specific name of item group defined in FSM or Infor Lawson application. Use semi-colon to separate multiple item groups.
- Vendor Group Filter

The specific name of vendor group defined in FSM or Infor Lawson application. Use semi-colon to separate multiple vendor groups.
- Quantity-on-Order Date Filter

The number of days from the current date used to retrieve QOO of Par Location Item.

Specify the information for the Date and Currency Properties
section:
- Date Format

The date format to be used by MSCM. Specify either UK (dd/mm/yyyy) or US (mm/dd/yyyy).
- Currency Symbol

The currency symbol to be used by MSCM. Specify either UK or US.
- Time Zone
- Select the time zone to be used by MSCM. Note: If a time zone is not selected, the default time zone is used. In a Multi-tenant setup, default time will follow a Universal Time Coordinated (UTC). In a Single-tenant or On-premise setup, default time will only follow a Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) if UTC date standard property is checked. Otherwise, default time will follow the set time in application server.Note: The UTC date standard property check box must be selected before setting a time zone. For more information, see the Miscellaneous section of Configuring Properties settings.
In a Multi-tenant setup, UTC date standard property is checked by default. In a Single-tenant setup UTC date standard property is unchecked by default.
Click RESET button if you want to reset the timezone for all users.

- Default RQTRANS Scheduler Day Run
- Sets the RQTRANS scheduler to run on a specific day of the month to get
data and compute the Average Par Utilization and Suggested Par Level. Default is 1.
Accepted values are 1 to 31. To run the scheduler every end of the month, set the
value to L.Note: Only applies to MSCM environments connecting to S3 v10.
- SSL Context
- This defines the cipher suite that will be used by the JVM in negotiating the encryption protocol for HTTPS/SSL connection with LSF. This is only visible if MSCM is connecting to LSF. The default value is TLS1.2. Other accepted values are TSL, SSL SSLTLS.
- Database Isolation Level

- Enable location type assignment to printers as function
- Turns on the functionality of making the location type
activity as part of the user's printer default. Default is disabled.Note: Disabling this feature again deletes the printer defaults.
- Enable UDI Support
- Turn on the support for UDI. Default is disabled.
- Enable PPE Flag
- Turn on to enable download of PPE flag from Infor Lawson. Default is
disabled.Note: This flag is hidden If MSCM is connected to FSM.
- Enable SSL Checking
- Turn on to check validity of Windows Mobile handheld certificates. Default is enabled.
- Enable On Demand PO Processing
- Turn on to enable processing of PO upon submission from the handheld instead of queuing them for processing by schedulers, including save and print PO Delivery Documents upon receipt of PO Arrivals from FSM.
- Enable Parameter Security

Select to strictly enforce validation security for field checking.

- Enable On Demand Picking Processing
- Turn on to process the picking transactions upon submission from the handheld instead of queuingthem for processing by schedulers. This includes saving and printing of Delivery Documents upon receiptfrom FSM.

- Turn on to enable processing of records in ICTrans and to display ICTrans Delta in the logs.

Save or print your Tenants settings:
- Click Save to save your changes.
- Click Print to print your changes.
