Viewing user audit logs

Perform these steps when using the old UI:
- Select Administration > User Management > User.
- Select User tab.
- Select Action > View Audit Logs.
- Select these report parameters:
- Log Start Date
- Select the start date of the log report. Default is current date.
- Log End Date
- Select the end date of the log report. Default is current date.
- Field
- Select the field to be displayed in the report. This is optional. Default is blank.
- User
- Select the user to be displayed in the report. This is optional. Default is blank.
- Click Generate.Note: Additional filters can be specified in the column headers of User ID, First Name, Last Name, Group, and Status. Click the filter icon and select Run filter to execute the additional filters on the report.
The audit log report can be exported to excel by clicking Export to Excel.
The audit log can also be printed by clicking Print.

- Select these search parameters:
- User ID
- Specify the user ID of the user to view the audit logs. This is optional. Default is blank.
- First Name
- Specify the first name of the user to view the audit logs. This is optional. Default is blank.
- Last Name
- Specify the last name of the user to view the audit logs. This is optional. Default is blank..
- User Group
- Select the user group of the users to view the audit logs. This is optional. Default is "Select All".
- Status
- Select the status of the users to view the audit logs. This is optional. Default is "Select All".
- User Association
- Select the user association of the users to view the audit logs. This is optional. Default is "Select All".
- Log Start Date
- Select the start date of the log report. This is required. Default is previous date.
- Log End Date
- Select the end date of the log report. This is required. Default is current date.
- User
- Select the user who performed the changes. This is optional. Default is blank
- Click Search.Note: Additional filters can be specified in the column headers of User ID, First Name, Last Name, Group and Status. Click the filter icon and select Run filter to execute the additional filters on the search results.
- Click View Audit Logs
corresponding to the user.The audit log screen of the user is displayed.Note: The audit log report can be exported to Excel by clicking Export to Excel. The audit log can also be printed by clicking Print.
