Purging data
- Under Data Management, navigate to Purge tab. The Purge Data page is displayed.

Specify these filters for data purging:
- Product

Required. Select from RAD, MPC, POU and Platform.
Note:Products listed are based on what is installed.
- Data to be Purged

Required. For a complete list of data for purging, refer to the Data Purge Matrix on Data purge matrix.
- Date Range

Required. By default, the start and end date is 30 days prior to current date. All the data that have been updated within the start and end date will be purged. Use the calendar to indicate the start and end date of the set of data to be purged.
Note:The only data that is valid for purging are 30 days prior to current date.
- Status

Default is all. For a complete list of status, refer to the Data Purge Matrix on Data purge matrix.

Click Purge. A warning message is displayed.
Note:
To stop the operation without purging the data, Click Cancel.

To continue with purging, click Yes. If not, click No and the warning message will close. A confirmation is displayed after the purging process is completed.
Note:
A log file named purgingactivitylog is in <WAS_HOME>/profiles/<profilename>/logs. In case an interruption occurred or errors are encountered during the purging process, the data will be rolled back. Errors encountered are also included in the logs.
