Modifying locations
- Select Location Management in the Administration menu.
- Select Locations and click the Modify tab. The Search for a Location to Modify page is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Company

Select the company where you want to add the location.
- Location ID

Specify the ID for the location.
Note:The Location ID is created in uppercase characters.
- Location Description

Specify a brief description of the location.
- Location Activities

Select the activities associated with the location that you want to modify.
Note:To select more than one activity, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the activities.
- Location Association

Select the association to Procurement of the location that you want to modify.
- Click Search to display all locations that fit your search criteria. The Select Location to Modify page is displayed.

Click Modify next to the location that you want to
modify. The Modify Location page is displayed.
Click Search Again to make another search.

Specify this information:
- Location Description

Specify a brief description of the selected location.
Note:If the location you are modifying was created in Infor Procurement, this field is display only.
- Report Groups

Select the report group you want to associate with the locations.
- Click Save to save your changes. The Modify Location page is displayed.

Specify this information:

Click this button to print a bar coded label for this location.
- Cancel

Click this button to go back to search results list.
