Viewing shipment tracking transactions with errors

  1. Select Administration > Track Management.
  2. Click the SH Tracking Error Processing tab.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company
    Select the company where the tracking errors will be search from.
    Location
    Select the location where the tracking errors will be search from.
    Picklist Number
    Specify the picklist number to be searched.
    Process Date
    Specify the date range of the transactions to be searched. Default date range is current date.
  4. Click Search.
