Configuring properties

  1. Select System Management from the Administration menu. The Properties page is displayed.
    Note: You must belong to the user group SA to access System Management.
  2. Specify the required information for the Web Service Properties section:
    Environment Name
    The instance name of Landmark.
    Product Line
    The FSM application product line.
    Protocol
    The communication protocol to be used by MSCM. This is either http or https.
    Hostname
    The FSM web server hostname. The values can either be an IP address or a fully-qualified domain name.
    Port
    The port associated with the Hostname.
    LDAP Binding Port
    The port to use for LDAP server to authenticate login credentials and request from MSCM to Infor Lawson. This is only available when connected to Infor Lawson.
  3. Specify the information for the LHC Web Service Properties:
    Username
    The valid username for FSM application that has been granted with RM Access.
    Password
    The password associated to the username of the FSM application.
    Note: Optionally, click the Test button to test the connection and validity of the entries.
  4. Specify the information for the IOS Web Service Properties:
    Server type
    The application server type of LSF/Landmark.
    Server IIOP
    The Internet Inter-ORB Protocol(IIOP) port to use in IOS connection. For clustered LSF deployment, this is a comma separated value of ports paired to each hostname. This is the BOOTSTRAP_ADDRESS value of the server.
    Hostname
    The hostname of the LSF/Landmark server. For clustered LSF deployment, this is a comma separated value of hostnames paired to each IIOP port.
    OS Service Name

    The service name used from DSP installation.

    OS Service User
    The service user used from DSP installation.
    Context Factory
    The fully qualified class name of the context factory to use in IOS connection.
    Server Namespace
    The location of the naming directory where the remote IOS objects are retrieved. For single server deployment, the format should be cell/nodes/<NODE_NAME>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>. For clustered deployment, the format should be cell/clusters/<CLUSTER_NAME>.
    Note: Optionally, click the Test button to test the connection and validity of the entries. Expand the text area to see the test results.
  5. Specify the information for the User Service Type:
    Service Type
    The type of service to use when downloading users from LSF. Default is RMI.

  6. Specify the information for the OAUTH Web Service Properties section:
    User Identity
    The identity to use for FSM transactions.
    Service Name
    The service name to use for FSM transactions.
    Authentication Public Key
    This is a required field. The public cryptographic key used to authenticate web services calls.
    Authentication Secret Key
    This is a required field. The private cryptographic key used to authenticate web services calls.
    Note: Optionally, click the Test button to test the connection and validity of the entries.
  7. Specify the information for the Handheld Service Properties section:
    Protocol
    The communication protocol to be used by MSCM. This is either http or https.
    Hostname
    The FSM web server hostname. The values can either be an IP address or fully qualified domain name.
    Port
    The port associated with the Hostname. This can either be XREF or LDAPBind port for ST/on-prem. ADM endpoint port for MT.
    Note: See Infor Lawson Authentication Configuration Guide for the detailed steps on setting up LDAP or XREF.
    Username
    The valid username to test Windows Mobile login.
    Password
    The password associated to the username of the Windows Mobile login.
    Note: Optionally, click the Test button to test the connection and validity of the entries.
  8. Specify the required information for the SMTP Properties Section:
    Host
    Specify the SMTP server name.
    Port
    Specify the port associated to Hostname.
    Test Email Recipient
    Specify email address to perform test of SMTP properties.
    User
    Specify user for access to Hostname.
    Password
    Specify the password associated to User.
    From Email
    Specify From email address.
    From Display Name
    Specify subject line for email.
    Note: Some fields are automatically populated when SMTP configurations are completed in Landmark for MT only.
  9. Specify the information for the ION Data Replication Job section:
    Data Replication Job Batch Size
    The maximum number of rows to send to IMS per document.
    Manually trigger Data Replication Job
    Click the start button to trigger the data replication scheduler.
  10. Specify the information for the Scheduler Properties section:
    Enable Master Scheduler
    Select to enable all schedulers of MPC, RAD, POU and SIM. Default is disabled.
    Note: Initially, enable the Master Scheduler and other Scheduler Properties related to MPC, RAD, POU and SIM to run the schedulers.
    Enable MPC Scheduler
    Select to enable schedulers related to Mobile Par Counting. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box.
    Enable RAD Scheduler
    Select to enable schedulers related to Receiving and Delivery. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box.
    Enable POU Scheduler
    Select to enable schedulers related to Point of Use. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box.
    Enable SIM Scheduler
    Select to enable schedulers related to Surgical Instrument Management. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box.
    Enable ION Data Replication Scheduler
    Select to enable schedulers related to ION Data Replication. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box
    Enable Sync Master Post Migration Process
    Select to enable schedulers related to data updates and correction after database migration process. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box.
    Enable Kanban Intelligence Scheduler
    Select to enable scheduler related to Kanban intelligence data to Infor FSM. Tag the Enable Master Scheduler to enable the check box.
  11. Specify the information for the Menu Page Properties section:
    Show MPC Menus
    Select to show the MPC menus in web and handheld.
    Show RAD Menus
    Select to show the RAD menus in web and handheld.
    Show POU Menus
    Select to show the POU menus in web and handheld.
  12. Specify the information for the Receiving and Delivery Properties section:
    Note: This section is available if the Server Type selected in the Runtime Technology Properties section of the Properties Settings is LSF. If the Enable Parameter Security is turned on, use // and / when specifying the folder path. See the Mobile Supply Chain Management Properties Configuration Guide for more information.
    PO Track Sync Directory
    Set this to the output folder for delivery tickets. Use $LAWDIR/[productline]/work/ARRIVAL/ if MSCM is installed on the same server as Infor Lawson Procurement or ////shareName//sharedFolder/ if MSCM isinstalled on a separate server from Infor Lawson Procurement where ////shareName//sharedFolder specifies the name of the file share created. Ensure to include the slash at the end of this directory path.
    Shipment Tack Sync Directory
    Set this to the output folder for delivery tickets. Use $LAWDIR/[productline]/work/SHARRIVAL/ if MSCM is installed on the same server as Infor Lawson Procurement or ////shareName//sharedFolder/ if MSCM isinstalled on a separate server from Infor Lawson Procurement where ////shareName//sharedFolder specifies the name of the file share created. Ensure to include the slash at the end of this directory path.
  13. Specify the information for the Point of Use for Nursing properties section:
    Note: These properties settings are available when the selected tenant has Point of Use product.
    Username
    The valid user with a defined requester from the FSM application.
    Password
    The password associated to the POU username.

    This is optional if selected Webservice Authentication is OAUTH.

    Default Scheduler Frequency
    Select the default scheduler frequency to send replenishment requests to FSM application.
    Note: Selecting Daily will set the system to send replenishment requests daily at a given time (set in Default Scheduler Time). Periodic will set the system to send it at a given period (set in Default Scheduler Time).
    ADT Sync Directory
    The folder where the ADT system will place the HL7 files for POU to process them. For example: P:/hl7/adt/
    Note: This field is available if the Server Type selected in the Runtime Technology Properties section of the Properties Settings is LSF. Ensure to include the slash at the end of this directory path.
    Billing Sync Directory
    The folder where the third party billing system will get the HL7 billing file for processing. For example: P:/hl7/adt/
    Note: This field is available if the Server Type selected in the Runtime Technology Properties section of the Properties Settings is LSF. Ensure to include the slash at the end of this directory path.
    Default Scheduler Time
    The value should be in 24-hour (hh:mm) format if the selected default scheduler frequency is daily or should be in seconds (3600 = 1hour interval) if selected is periodic. If the frequency and time does not correspond accordingly to their set values, POU will not send the replenishment requests.

    The default value is 07:00.

    Touchscreen SSO Parameter
    The parameter for touchscreen SSO login.
    Use SSO Login for Touchscreen check box
    Determines how the user will be logged in to POU. If selected, touchscreen login will authenticate through single sign-on (SSO), otherwise, POU will use local system authentication.
    Note: Optionally, click the Test button to test the connection and validity of the entries.
  14. Specify the information for the Report Properties section:
    Enable reports check box
    Select to activate the system report.
    Note: Disabling the reports will display an appropriate message when it is accessed.
    Report Server
    Select the type of report server to be used by the system.
    BI Client
    Select which BI client/runtime environment will be used.
    Note: If On-premise, select Classic. If Multi-tenant or Single tenant, select Services.
    Hostname
    The IP address or fully qualified domain name of the server that is running the reports.
    Note: This field is enabled if the selected Report Server is CRAS.
    Base Path
    The reports' directory path on the reporting server.
    Data Source
    The name of the ODBC connection that will be used by the reports.
    Note: This field is enabled if the selected Report Server is CRAS.
    Data Schema
    The name of the Database schema that will be used by the reports.
    Note: This field is enabled if the selected Report Server is CRAS.
    Username
    The username that has access to the Database.
    Note: In SQL server, the username should be dbo.
    Password
    The password of the provided user.
    Note: This field is enabled if the selected Report Server is Infor BI.
    Repository Registration
    The name of the repository created in Infor BI.
    Note: This field is enabled if the selected Report Server is Infor BI.
    Application
    Specify the name of the application (.biapplication) you installed in the BI Application Manager in Services Dashboard.
    Note: Only required if BI Client is Services.
    Project
    Specify the project name of your App Studio reports.
    Note: Only required if BI Client is Classic.
    Content Connection
    Specify the name of the content connection you added in your Dashboard.
    Note: Required for both BI Client Classic and Services.
    Note: Optionally, click the Test button to test the connection and validity of the entries, click the Test button.
  15. Specify the information for the Handheld Properties section:
    Enable Par Counting Cache Setting check box
    Select to activate the caching functionality of the handheld for Par Counting.
    Enable Issues Cache Setting check box
    Select to activate the caching functionality of the handheld for Issues.
    Enable Misc. Receiving Setting check box
    Select to activate the caching functionality of the handheld for Miscellaneous Receiving.
    Enable Picking Cache Setting check box
    Select to activate the caching functionality of the handheld for Picking.
    Cache Capacity
    Percent of storage capacity that handheld should use to cache RAD and MPC data.
    Authorization Public Key
    This is a required field. The public cryptographic key which will also be specified on the handheld for SOAP calls server authorization.
    Authorization Secret Key
    This is a required field. The private cryptographic key to be paired with the public key for SOAP calls server authorization.
    Idle Time Log Out
    Set to enable idle time on a hand held device. When the time is expired, users are logged out of the system. There is a 30-second warning displayed on the hand-held before the set time expires. Default value is 0 and maximum value is 60. Time is set in minutes.
    Note: In a Multi-tenant setup, Handheld URL is displayed for informational purposes only.
  16. Specify the information for the Data Filter Properties section:
    Note: Specifying value to each of the data filters refines the data that will be downloaded from the FSM application. Leaving the property to blank means that all data associated to this group needs be downloaded.
    User Group Filter
    This is a required field. The specific name of user group defined in Infor Security. Use semi-colon to separate multiple user groups.
    Company Filter
    The specific name of the company defined in FSM application. Use semicolon to separate multiple companies.
    Item Group Filter
    The specific name of item group defined in FSM application. Use semicolon to separate multiple item groups.
    Vendor Group Filter
    The specific name of vendor group defined in FSM application. Use semicolon to separate multiple vendor groups.
    Quantity-on-Order Date Filter
    The number of days from the current date used to retrieve QOO of Par Location Item.
    ICTRANS Data Filter
    The number of days from the current date used to retrieve initial ICTRANS data.
  17. Specify the information for the Date and Currency Properties section:
    Date Format
    The date format to be used by MSCM. Specify either UK (dd/mm/yyyy) or US (mm/dd/yyyy).
    Time Zone
    Select the time zone to be used by MSCM.
    Note: If a time zone is not selected, the default time zone is used. In a Multi-tenant setup, default time will follow a Universal Time Coordinated (UTC). In a Single-tenant or On-premise setup, default time will only follow a Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) if UTC date standard property is checked. Otherwise, default time will follow the set time in application server.
    Note: The UTC date standard property from the MSCM Properties Configuration application under Properties Settings must be checked before setting a time zone. The Reset button updates the time zone for all users to default time (blank value).
    Currency Symbol
    The currency symbol to be used by MSCM. Specify either UK or US.
  18. Specify the information for the Print Properties section:
    Label Printing Format
    The supported format for label printing. Default is English (EN). Not setting anything from this property will just use the default format (EN).
    Printing Agent Authorization Public Key
    The public cryptographic key used to authorize web service printing calls.
    Printing Agent Authorization Secret Key
    The private cryptographic key to be paired with the public key to authorize web service printing calls.
    Print Queue Data Limit
    The number of days worth of print queue records to be stored in the database. Default is 15 days. Minimum is 3 days and maximum is 30 days.
    Issue Printing Sync Flag check box
    Select when Issue documents must only be printed when a document ID has been issued for all lines. Default is deselected.
    Note: In a Multi-tenant setup, Print Service URL is displayed for informational purposes only.
  19. Specify the information for Data Service Properties section:
    Data Service Authorization Public Key
    The public cryptographic key used to authorize data service calls.
    Data Service Authorization Secret Key
    The private cryptographic key to be paired with the public key to authorize data service calls.
    Note: In a Multi-tenant setup, Data Service URL is displayed for informational purposes only.
  20. Specify the information for Label Management Properties section:
    Authorization Public Key
    Specify the private cryptographic key used for the label add-in authentication and reset.
    Authorization Secret Key
    Specify the private cryptographic key to be paired with the public key used for label add-in authentication and reset.
  21. Specify the information for Authenticating Security Settings section:
    Authentication Type
    Select the authentication type of MSCM.
    Service Name
    Specify the name of the Service you created during installation.
    Enable OAUTH Security
    Enable OAUTH security for handheld, data service and print service.
    Bootstrap RMID
    Optionally, specify the user RMID that will manage MSCM initially. This is only available when connected to Infor Lawson.
  22. Specify the information for the Miscellaneous section:
    Outbound Maximum Retries
    The number of attempts that MSCM resends request to FSM if connection fails.
    Quantity-on-Order Company
    Company Filter used specifically for QOO.
    Item Search Limit
    Used by POU DI to limit the number of item records displayed on item configuration.
    Default RQTRANS Scheduler Day Run
    Sets the RQTRANS scheduler to run on a specific day of the month to get data and compute the Average Par Utilization and Suggested Par Level. Default is 1. Accepted values are 1 to 31. To run the scheduler every end of the month, set the value to L.
    Note:  Only applies to MSCM environments connecting to S3 v10.
    Database Isolation Level
    The default transaction isolation level.

    The options are:

    • Transaction None - Transactions are not supported.
    • Transaction Read Uncommitted - Dirty reads, non-repeatable reads and phantom reads can occur.
    • Transaction Read Committed - Dirty reads are prevented; non-repeatable reads and phantom reads can occur.
    • Transaction Repeatable Read - Dirty reads and non-repeatable reads are prevented; phantom reads can occur.
    • Transaction Serializable - Dirty reads, non-repeatable reads and phantom reads are prevented.
    Log Level
    Level of information written to log files. Default value is INFO.
    Misc. Receiving Vendor Import Flag check box
    Select when PO Receiving Vendor must also set as Miscellaneous Receiving Vendor. Default is deselected.
    Display UTC as local time check box
    Select to use UTC as local time for the system.
    Note: This configuration will not work if the "Use UTC date standard check box" from the Properties Settings is not activated.
    Ming.le or Infor OS Portal or Infor Local Technology Runtime Integrated check box
    Select to integrate with Ming.le or Infor OS Portal or Infor Local Technology Runtime.
    Enable Web Service Message Logging check box
    Logs all incoming and outgoing Representational State Transfer (REST) messages.
    Refresh Label Format
    Status that indicates if custom Label Format should be overridden during upgrade.
    Enable ICAUDIT
    Turns on ICAUDIT when ICAUDIT is switched off for all companies in LSF.
    Enable unissued quantities processing
    This flag enables/disables the processing of items that have insufficient SOH in Issues and Pick for Par. This is enabled by default
    When enabled, the system processes the items with insufficient SOH by creating another Issue document/transaction but is not released since there is no more SOH to issue. This is the existing system behavior.
    When disabled, the system does not process the items with insufficient SOH. Instead, it is included as inactive quantities in the released Issue document.
    Enable Tenant System Logging
    Turns on the tenant related system logging. Default is disabled.
    Enable location type assignment to printers as function

    Turns on the functionality of making the location type activity as part of the user's printer default. Default is disabled.

    Note: Disabling the feature again will delete the user printer defaults.
    Enable UDI Support
    Turn on the support for UDI. Default is disabled.
    Enable Item Lifecycle Management
    Turn on to download Item Lifecycle Management from Infor FSM.
    Enable PPE Flag
    Turn on to enable download of PPE flag from Infor Lawson. Default is disabled.
    Note: This flag is hidden If MSCM is connected to FSM.
    Enable SSL Checking
    Turn on to check the validity of Windows Mobile handheld certificates. Default is enabled
    Enable On Demand PO Processing
    Turn on to enable process PO's upon submission from the handhelds instead of queuing them for processing by schedulers, including save and print PO Delivery Documents upon receipt of PO Arrivals from FSM.
    Enable On Demand Picking Processing
    Turn on to process the picking transactions upon submission from the handheld instead of queuing them for processing by schedulers. This includes saving and printing of Delivery Documents upon receipt from FSM.
  23. Save or print your Properties settings:
    1. Click Save to save your changes.
    2. Click Print to print your changes.
