Adding new locations
- Select Location Management in the Administration menu.
- Select Locations. The Add New location page is displayed.

Specify this information on the Add New Location
page to create a new location.
- Company

Select the company where you want to add the location.
- Location ID

Specify the ID for the new location.
Note:The Location ID is created in uppercase characters.
- Location Description

Specify a brief description of the new location.
- Location Activities

Select the activities you would want to associate to the location.
- Report Groups

Select the report group you want to associate with the locations.
- Click Save.
- The Add New Location confirmation page is displayed with the new company information.
- Click Print to print a bar code label for the location.
- To add another location, click Add Another and follow the preceding steps.
