Note: The Print Records are automatically purged depending on the set number of days in Print
Queue Data Limit field in the Properties tab under the Print Properties section.

Select Printer Management from the Administration menu.

Select Printing Queue.

Search for printing queue transactions.
Note: A notification will be displayed in case there are too many
search results based on the set Transaction Search Limit in System Management.

Specify the printing queue transaction by selecting the corresponding check box.
Note: See the Transaction and Number column to identify the specific
printing queue transaction.

Click Delete.
