Searching for item details

The Search Item panel is displayed.

Item Group

Select the item group to search for a group of items associated with your company.

Item ID

Specify the item ID to search for the particular item details.

Note: 

The Item ID is created using uppercase characters.

Manufacturer Name

Select the Manufacturer to choose a manufacturer category. Select the name of the manufacturer to search for items from a particular manufacturer in the selected group.

Description

Specify an item description.

Manufacturer Number

Specify the number assigned by the manufacturer for this item.

Item Type

Select the Item Type.

Inventory Class

Select the inventory class of the item.

Note: 

The first dropdown is the major class, the second dropdown is the minor class.

Status

Select the status of the item.
