MSCM during an upgrade in a multi-tenant environment
During an upgrade in a Multi-Tenant environment, MSCM can still be used for transactions and
administrations. These are the transactions and administrations:
- All configurations under Administration, Receiving and Delivery, Par and Cycle Counting, Point of Use for Nursing and Point of Use for Department Inventory
- Dock Logging
- Miscellaneous Receiving (Web and Handheld)
- Delivery (Web and Handheld)
In case FSM is inaccessible due to the upgrade process, users can still perform and submit
transactions from the handheld which can be resent from the web after FSM becomes
available:
- Picking
- Issues
- Par Count
- Cycle Count
Similarly, these can be done in web for POU:
- Par Replenishment
- Generate Replenishment
