Deleting printers

Use this procedure to delete a printer from your system.

To delete a printer

Select Printer Management in the Administration menu.
Select Printers. Click Modify/Delete. The Search for a Printer to Modify or Delete page is displayed.
Specify this information:

Click Show All to show all printers in the Par and Cycle system.

Company

Select the company of the printer that you want to delete.

Printer Name

Specify the name of the printer that you want to delete.

Printer Hostname

Specify the hostname of the printer that you want to delete.

Printer Type

Select either Report or Label depending on what type of printer that you want to delete.
Click Search to display the printers that fit your search criteria.

The Select Printer to Modify or Delete page is displayed.

Click the delete button in the row of the printer that you want to delete.

The Delete Printer page is displayed.
Click OK to delete the selected printer.
