Modifying locations
- Select Location Management from the Administration menu.
 - Select Locations > Modify on the Location Management page.
 - 
        Specify this information:
        
- Company
 - 
                
Select the company of the location that you want to modify.
 - Location ID
 - 
                
Specify the location ID of the location that you want to modify.
 - Location Description
 - 
                
Specify the description of the location that you want to modify.
 - Location Activities
 - 
                
Select the activities associated with the location that you want to modify.
Note: To select more than one activity, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting activities. - Procurement Status
 - 
                
Select the procurement status of the location that you want to view or print.
 - Location Association
 - 
                
Select the association to Procurement of the location that you want to modify.

        Click Search to display all locations that match your
search criteria. The Select Location to Modify page is displayed.
        Note: This page is shown if more than one location fits your search parameters.
You can click Search Again to return to the Search for a Location to Modify page, or you can click Cancel to return to the Location Management page.
 - 
        Click Modify next to the location that you want to
modify. 
        
The Modify Location page is displayed.
 - 
        Specify this information on the Modify Location
page:
        
- Location Description
 - 
                
Specify a brief description of the selected location.
Note: If the location you are modifying was created in FSM or Infor Lawson, this field is display only. - Report Groups
 - 
                
Select the report group you want to associate with the locations. See Report Groups for information about report groups.
 - Par
 - 
                
Indicates that the location is a par location.
Note: This field can only be set up in FSM or Infor Lawson. - Pick for Par
 - 
                
Select this check box if the location is a pick for par location.
Note: Pick for Par is only available if the location is a par location. 
 - Click Save to save your changes.
 - 
        Click Print to print a bar code label for the location.
        Note: You can click Cancel to go to Select Location to Modify page.
A Label printer must be configured in Printer Management to be able to print labels. To add a printer, see Adding printers. To map printers to location, see Mapping printers to locations.
