Picking items for par

  1. Access Infor MPC on the handheld terminal.
  2. From the Main Menu, tap Pick for Par. The Pick for Par screen is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company

    Select the company of the inventory location from which you want to pick par items.

    Inventory Location

    Select the inventory location from which you want to pick par items.

  4. Select the check boxes next to the par forms from which you want to pick and tap Download.
    The Ready to Pick screen is displayed.
  5. Select the check boxes for the par forms from which you want to pick and tap Pick.
    The Par Location screen is displayed.
    The PPE label is displayed to indicate if the item is identified as a PPE item.
    Note:  If the item was created in FSM, the PPE label contains either a Yes or No value. The value depends on the PPE tagging of the item in FSM.

    If the item was created in Infor Lawson and the Enable PPE Flag is tagged, the PPE label displays a Yes or No value. The value depends on the PPE tagging of the item in Infor Lawson. Refer to the Mobile Supply Chain Management and POU Administration Guide for more information.

  6. In the Pulled field, specify the quantity you picked or press the Up or Down arrow keys to select the correct amount.
  7. Tap the Next arrow to move to the next item.
    Note: You can also scan Item labels to navigate through the list.
  8. Tap Done when you have finished the current par form. .
    The Ready to Pick page is displayed
  9. Specify this information:
    Blank Circle

    This indicates that the par form has not yet been counted.

    Half-filled Circle

    This indicates that the par form was partially counted.

    Full Circle

    This indicates that the Par From was fully counted

  10. Continue picking items from the remaining pick for par lists using the same steps.
  11. Select the check boxes of the completed pick for par lists you want to send to the main server and tap Send.
  12. When the system prompts you to send the pick for par lists, tap OK.

    The system shows a progress bar showing the synchronization with server.

  13. When the system shows a message that the pick for par lists have been sent, tap OK.
  14. If you are finished picking from the pick for par lists, tap Exit.
