Mapping printers to locations

Use this procedure to map printers to the locations in your company.

To map a printer to a location

  1. Select Printer Management in the Administration menu.
  2. Select Printers. Click Map to Locations.

    The Map Printers to Location page is displayed.

  3. Specify this information:
    Company

    Select the company to which you want to map the printer.

    Location

    Select the location in the company to which you want to map the printer.

  4. Select the check boxes of the printers in the All Printer in Company list that you want to map to a location.
  5. Click Add Selected Printers to Location.

    The printers you selected are added to the Printers Mapped to Location list.

    To remove printers from the Printers Mapped to Location list, select the check box next to the printers that you want to remove and click Remove Selected Printers from Location.

  6. When you are finished with mapping printers to a location, click Save.
  7. To map another printer to a location, click Map Another.
