Processing in-transit receiving in Android

Note: To access In-transit Receiving on the Android handheld, the user must have the corresponding role assigned to them in User Management on the Web Application. Make sure the role In-transit Receiving - Handheld is assigned to gain access to In-transit Receiving.
  1. On the RAD Home page, tap the More Options button.
    The RAD sidebar panel is displayed.
  2. Tap Inventory Transactions.
    The Inventory Transactions screen is displayed.
  3. Select In-transit Receiving in the Inventory Transaction field and perform these steps:
    1. Tap Select Inventory Transaction field.
    2. Tap In-transit Receiving.
  4. Update the Company through the Select Company field:
    1. Tap Select Company field.
    2. Tap Company from the list.
  5. Update the Location through the Select Location field:
    1. Tap Select Location field.
    2. Tap Location from the list.
      Note: Scanning locations is allowed.
  6. Update Printer through the Select Printer field:
    1. Tap Select Printer field.
    2. Tap Printer from the list.
  7. Tap NEXT to proceed to the Inventory Transfers page.
  8. Update Stock To Location:
    1. Tap More Options.
    2. Tap Change Company and select from the Company List.
    3. Tap Change Location and select from the Location List.
      Note: Scanning locations is allowed.
  9. To perform Change Assign Status:
    1. Tap More Options.
    2. Tap Change Assign Status.

      The Change Assign Status page is displayed.

    3. Select the assign status by tapping the assign status from the list.
  10. Select the transfer receipt(s) to download by tapping the transfer receipt check box(es).
  11. Tap Download.
    The Transfer Receipt Summary page is displayed.
  12. Tap the Transfer Receipt.
    The Item Details page is displayed.
  13. Specify the tracking details in item details or split quantity screen:
    Serial
    Specify the Serial number.
    Lot
    Specify the Lot number.
    Bin
    Specify the To Bin number.
  14. Specify Transfer Quantity:
    Single Line-Item Detail
    Specify the Transfer Quantity manually.
    Multiple Line-Item Detail
    Specify the Transfer Quantity using the split screen.
  15. On Split Quantity Screen, tap UDI button if item is UDI tracked and specify this information:
    Qty
    Specify the quantity for the UDI information. If with serial number specified, quantity should be 1.
    GTIN
    Specify or scan the GTIN of the item. This is a required field.
    Bin
    Select a bin.
    Lot
    Specify or scan a lot number. This is required if the item is lot tracked at receipt or if the Expiration Date is filled.
    Serial
    Specify or scan serial number. This is required if the item is serial tracked at receipt.
    Mfg. Date
    Specify or scan a manufacturing date. The value cannot be greater than the current date.
    Exp. Date
    Specify or scan an expiration date. The value cannot be less than the current date.

    Tap OK.

  16. Tap the List View icon in the Transfer Receipt Details screen.
    The List View screen is displayed.
  17. Tap More Options to perform the Group By Bin or Receive All action.
  18. Tap Done.
    The Transfer Receipt Summary page is displayed.
  19. Tap Save to save a single Transfer Receipt.
    The Save Confirmation screen is displayed.
  20. Tap Send to send a single Transfer Receipt.
    The Send Confirmation screen is displayed.
  21. Tap Select and select multiple transfer receipts to be sent by tapping each check box.
  22. Tap Send.
    The Send Confirmation screen is displayed.
