Configuring inventory delivery

Use this procedure to configure the creation of delivery documents (delivery labels and delivery tickets) for inventory items.

  1. Select Delivery from the Receiving and Delivery menu.
  2. Select Configuration > Inventory Delivery.
  3. Specify this information:
    Company/"Ship To" Location

    Companies are displayed, with ship to locations nested beneath.

    Click the Arrow icon to display the ship to locations for the Company.

    Inherit

    Select to make the ship to location use the same inventory item delivery setting as the global company.

    Clear the Inherit check box to assign individual settings for a ship to location.

    Deliver Inventory Items

    Select to create delivery documents (delivery labels and delivery tickets) for each inventory item for the company or individual ship to location.

    Note: This setting is available only if the Inherit field is not selected for the company or individual ship to location.
    Note: There are three levels in the hierarchy for these configurable settings:
    • Global company—Settings will to apply to all companies and individual ship to locations within the global company.

    • Company—Settings will apply to the company and all individual ship to locations within the company.

    • Individual ship to location—Settings will apply to only the individual ship to location.

  4. Click Save.

    The Inventory Items Delivery Configuration page is displayed.

  5. Click Inventory Delivery to return to the Delivery page.
