Recording charge information from handheld in Android

  1. On the POU home page, tap the options menu (three bars) icon.

    The POU sidebar panel is displayed.

  2. Tap Pull.

    The Pull screen is displayed.

    To change the company:

    1. Tap the drop down menu.
    2. Select a new company from the list.
  3. Tap Create New Charge.

    The Enter Charge screen is displayed.

  4. Record the charge information:
    1. Specify a revenue center, scan the revenue center barcode or tap the drop down menu below the title navigation and select a revenue center for the company.
    2. Specify the patient visit number or scan the visit number barcode.
      Note: Select Floor Charge if the items will not be charged to the patient and switch the toggle button to On.
    3. Tap the charge date field and choose a date from the date picker.
    4. Specify a supply location, scan the supply location barcode or tap the Select Locations link to find other locations for the company.
    5. Tap Add Items link. The Items list screen is displayed. Scan items or tap plus button to add items.
