Recording return items into the desktop

  1. After searching for the charge record, choose the correct item row. When choosing an item row from the list, review the record details such as Charge Date, Patient, Visit Number, Item, Supply Location, Bin, Lot/Serial Number and Sub-Lot.
    Note: For stock location items, you can check whether the item is lot-tracked, serial-tracked or bin-tracked.
  2. Specify the quantity of items to be returned to the supply location.

    The unit of measure for the selected item depends on the unit of measure configured by the administrator.

  3. Select a return type and click Return. The Return Confirmation page is displayed. To print the return information, click Print.
