Scanning items into the touchscreen

  1. In the PULL: Enter Item screen, scan the item, GTIN, or HIBC barcode label to specify a record of the item in the system.
  2. If multiple supply locations are associated to the item, the application displays 'Item found in multiple supply locations' message. Tap this message to select a supply location.
    Note: Tap the Delete button to delete an item. Tap the up or down buttons to scroll up or down the list.
  3. Specify the quantity of items by scanning the barcode more than once, depending on the number of items to pull. You can also tap the plus or minus icons to increase or decrease the count.
    Note: You can also specify the item quantity to be returned using the numeric key pad by clicking the keypad button beside the quantity of every item in the list.
    Note: If an item being scanned does not belong to the Revenue Center, an audible alert will be triggered.
  4. Verify the information specified and tap Submit.

    The POU Touchscreen Main Menu screen and a confirmation message is displayed.
