Finding a case in Point of Use for Department Inventory using the select-case function

Note: You should have the POU DI - Handheld - Case role to perform this task.
Note: You have the option to search for a case by specifying the exact Case ID without having to specify a value for facility, department, procedure room, and date range.
  1. In the Point of Use for Department Inventory menu page, select Build Case.
  2. Tap Facility and in the list, select the facility.
  3. Tap Department and in the list, select the department.
  4. Tap Procedure Room and in the list, select the room.
  5. Specify the date range of the search.
    You can do this manually or by tapping the date to open the calendar.
  6. Tap the search icon to start the search.

    All cases satisfying the search parameters are listed.

  7. In the list of cases, select the case you want to open.
