Viewing the list of all the scheduled cases for the day from the desktop

  1. In the search case page, click Cases Today.
    All the scheduled cases dated today for all companies, departments, and procedure rooms available are displayed in the results section.
    The results label displays the total number of cases listed. A note showing all the scheduled cases for the day is also displayed.
    Note: If a Company, Facility, Department, Procedure Room, Case ID, and other additional search parameters are specified in the search fields prior to clicking the Cases Today button, this does not filter, change or have any effect on the scheduled cases for the day results.
  2. To narrow the list of cases scheduled for the day, specify the Case ID, Scheduled Date, Patient, Status, Item, Operator, and Transaction Date in the results section in the fields below their respective column label.
