Editing reports

Note: You should have the POU DI - Reports role to perform this task.

The owner of the report can edit these items:

  • Report header

  • Layout

  • Fields of the report

If the user is not the owner of the report being edited, only the report filter may be modified.

If the user saves changes done to a report that is not his own, system would require the user to save the report as a different report (similar to Save As). This will now be included in the user's My Reports list.

  1. In the Point of Use for Department Inventory, select Reports.
  2. In Report Type, select the type of report you want to edit.

    A list of available reports is displayed.

  3. Run the report that you want to edit.
  4. On the menu, select Make Changes.
