Saving charged items as draft in touchscreen
When accessing the Point of Use for Nursing application from the touchscreen,
you can choose to save the patient charge information and pulled item
records first before sending it to the server.
Note: The availability of this function depends on the Point of
Use for Nursing user role assigned to you. This option is hidden if user has access
"Point of Use - Touchscreen - Enter Records – Non Chargeable" only.
To do this, click the Save Draft button in the PULL: Enter Item screen. User goes back to the POU Touchscreen Main Menu screen. A confirmation message is displayed.
A draft number is automatically generated by the application. Take note of this number for easy retrieval of the draft in the future.
Note: A draft can still be saved even without a selected visit
number.
