Configuring Badge Scan

  1. Select Delivery from the Receiving and Delivery Menu.
  2. Select Configuration > General.
  3. To determine if the employee is active, select Enable Validate Employee.
    Note: This option can be enabled while having Enable Badge Scan Configuration disabled
  4. If needed, select Enable Badge Scan Configuration.
    Note: When creating badge configurations, ensure that an identifier is used to remove leading any alphanumeric characters not related to the employee number.
  5. Click Save. The Delivery Management Configuration page is displayed.
    Note: The first name and last name should not be set to Required to use the badge scan configuration. Those details will be identified by the system when submitting the delivery information. If set to Required, this will have a conflict with the configurations. This should be set to display only.

    If the first name and last name cannot be found in the recipient table,the employee ID will be identified from the employee table instead.
