Adding sub-locations

  1. Select Location Management in the Administration menu.
  2. Select Sub Locations on the Location Management page.

    The Search for Sub-Locations to Manage/Print Labels page is displayed.

  3. Specify this information:
    Company

    Select the company for the sub-location.

    Location

    Select the location for the sub-location.

    From Sub Location

    Specify sub-location from the beginning of the list to search for a range of sub-locations.

    To Sub Location

    Specify a sub-location from the end of the list to search for a range of sub-locations.

  4. Click Next to display the sub-locations that fit your search criteria.

    The Sub Locations page is displayed.

  5. Click Add Sub Locations.

    The Add Sub Locations page is displayed.

  6. Specify a sub-location ID in the Sub Location field.
  7. When you are finished adding sub-locations, click Save and confirm printing of label.

    The Sub Locations page is displayed.

    Note: 

    If you are adding more than ten sub-locations, click Save and Continue. An additional ten sub-location fields is displayed.

  8. Click Refresh to display the added sub-locations.
  9. Click Done to confirm sub-location information.
