Configuring POU UOM

Note: POU UOM is used for POU transactions only and not for replenishment. An item's replenishment UOM would depend on what UOM is configured in IC81. Charges and Returns report will display the POU UOM for an item while Replenishments/Issues Events displays the replenishment UOM of an item.

To add additional UOM(s) in the POU UOM dropdown box, add UOM(s) that are equal and less than the Stock UOM defined for the item in Item Master in FSM or Infor Lawson.

At least one revenue center must be set up by the administrator.

  1. Select Point of Use for Nursing.
  2. Click configuration and select Set-up.

    The Set POU Unit of Measure section is displayed.

  3. Select a company.
  4. Select an available item in the selected company.
  5. Select another UOM to be defined as the POU UOM.
  6. Click Save to save your changes.
