Configuration property for RQTRANS scheduler

This new configuration is located in Properties Configuration > Additional Settings tab and Administration > System Management > Properties under Miscellaneous section called Default RQTRANS Scheduler Day Run enables the system to download and compute RQTRANS records for the Average Par Utilization and Suggested Par Level based on the set Day value.

The default value is 1 which means the scheduler will run every first day of the month. To run the scheduler every last day of the month, set the value to “L”. Accepted values are 1 to 31 and L. This configuration only applies to MSCM environments connecting to S3 v10.
