Processing inventory transfers in Android
Note: To access Inventory Transfers on the Android handheld, the
user must have the corresponding role assigned to them in User Management on the Web
Application. Make sure the role Inventory Transfers - Handheld is assigned to gain
access to Inventory Transfers.

On the RAD Home page, tap the More Options button.
The RAD sidebar panel is displayed.

Tap Inventory Transactions.
The Inventory Transactions screen is displayed.

Select Inventory Transfer in the Inventory
Transaction field and perform these steps:
- Tap Select Inventory Transaction field.
- Tap Inventory Transfers.

Update the Company through the Select Company field:
- Tap Select Company field.
- Tap Company from the list.

Update the Location through the Select Location field:
- Tap Select Location field.
- Tap Location from the list.Note: Scanning locations is allowed.

Update Printer through the Select Printer field:
- Tap Select Printer field.
- Tap Printer from the list.
- Tap NEXT to proceed to the Inventory Transfers page.

Update Stock To Location:
- Tap More Options.
- Tap Change Company and select from the Company List.
- Tap Change Location and select from the Location
List.Note: Scanning locations is allowed.

Update In-transit Transfer by tapping the In-transit
Transfer field.
The In-transit Transfer pop-up is displayed. Perform these steps:
- Select/clear the In-transit Transfer check box.
- Tap SELECT to select the Estimated Delivery Date. This is required if the In-transit Transfer check box is selected.
- Optionally, you can specify a comment.
- Tap CANCEL or OK.

On the item field, tap Select Item.
The Select Item screen is displayed.Note: Scanning items is allowed. If the item is lot, serial or Bin tracked, an additional field is displayed accordingly.

To select an item:
- Tap the item from the list.
- Optionally, search for an item by specifying the item details on the search field. Tap the item you searched for.

Specify the quantity on the Transfer Qty field:
- For Regular and Serial/Lot tracked at Issue items, specify the Transfer Qty field manually.
- For Serial tracked at receipt items – single serial, tap the listing
button beside serial field.
Tap serial from the list. The Transfer Qty is automatically populated.
- For Serial tracked at receipt items – multiple serials, tap the split
screen icon beside the listing button. The split screen is
displayed.
- Tap the listing button beside serial field for line 1 and tap the serial from the list. The Transfer Qty is automatically populated.
- Tap add button to add another line.
- Optionally, tap DELETE to remove a line.
- Tap close button. The Inventory Transfer screen is displayed
with these details:
- Serial field is set to “Multiple”
- The List button is disabled.
- The Transfer Qty is automatically populated with the sum of transfer quantity from split screen.
- For Lot tracked at receipt items – single lot, tap the listing button
beside lot field:
- Tap lot from the list.
- Specify the Transfer Qty.
- For Lot tracked at receipt items – multiple lots, tap the split screen
icon beside the listing button. The split screen is displayed.
- Tap the listing button beside lot field for line 1 and tap the lot from the list.
- Specify the Transfer Qty.
- Tap add button to add another line.
- Optionally, tap DELETE to remove a line.
- Tap close button. The Inventory Transfer screen is displayed
with these details:
- Lot field is set to “Multiple”
- The List button is disabled.
- The Transfer Qty is automatically populated with the sum of transfer quantity from split screen.
- For Bin tracked items – single bin source:
- Tap Bin field.
- Tap Bin from the list.
- If the In-transit Transfer check box is not selected, you must
perform Populate To Bin:
- Tap the From Bin field.
- Tap Bin from the list.
- Specify the information in the Transfer Qty field.
- For Bin tracked items – multiple bin source, tap the split screen icon
beside the From Bin field:
- Tap Bin field.
- Tap Bin from the list.
- Specify the Transfer Qty.
- Tap add button to add another line.
- Optionally, tap DELETE to remove a line.
- Tap close button. The Inventory Transfer screen is displayed
with these details:
- From Bin field is set to “Multiple”
- The Transfer Qty is automatically populated with the sum of transfer quantity from split screen.
- For UDI Tracked Items:
- Populate the legacy item type tracking requirements (bin, serial, or lot).
- Tap the UDI button in the item details or in the split quantity screen to populate UDI details.
- Specify this information:
- Qty
- Specify the quantity for the UDI information. If the serial number is specified, the quantity should be 1.
- GTIN
- Specify or scan the GTIN of the item. This is a required field.
- Bin
- Select a bin. The default bin is the bin specified from the Item Details screen.
- Lot
- Specify or scan a lot number. This is required if the item is lot tracked at receipt or if the Expiration Date is specified.
- Serial
- Specify or scan serial number. This is required if the item is serial tracked at receipt.
- Mfg. Date
- Specify or scan a manufacturing date. The value cannot be greater than the current date.
- Exp. Date
- Specify or scan an expiration date. The value cannot be less than the current date.
- Specify Transfer Qty in item details or split quantity screen accordingly.
- Tap Transfer button.

Tap Item Detail Review, to review the item details. The
Item Detail Review page is displayed.
- Tap PREVIOUS or NEXT to go through the items.
- Tap Item List View. The Item List View page is displayed.
- Tap SEND. A confirmation message is displayed.
